We want you to be completely obsessed with your BUXOM beauty products, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for items purchased on our website within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all caps are tightened and the prepaid label is attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
